Gloria Rush

Owner & Founder

Bright Scholars Learning Center, LLC grew from a love for children and the hope of creating a safe place that families can trust and rely on. The owners, Gloria and Rick Rush, bought the preschool in October of 2021 while waiting on their daughter, Jessica Elmore, to graduate from Missouri State University with her early childhood education bachelor’s degree. Once graduated, Jessica took the position of center director, and the center continues to grow and expand.

Our Mission

At Bright Scholars Learning Center we believe each child has the potential to bring something unique and special into the world.
