Gloria Rush

Owner & Founder

Bright Scholars Learning Center, LLC grew from a love for children and the hope of creating a safe place that families can trust and rely on. The owners, Gloria and Rick Rush, bought the preschool in October of 2021 while waiting on their daughter, Jessica Elmore, to graduate from Missouri State University with her early childhood education bachelor’s degree. Once graduated, Jessica took the position of center director, and the center continues to grow and expand.

Our mission is to provide a safe, nurturing, exciting quality learning environment for all of our students. Committed to the families we serve, we strive to give parents the feeling that their child is in the care of the most loving, knowledgeable, and thoughtful caregivers, each and every day
